MY STORY

Hi, I am Josh Vairo. My journey didn’t start with a love for running. My athletic journey began with soccer, baseball, volleyball, basketball and obtaining my poom belt in Taekwondo. I then moved into strength training, and eventually found my passion in endurance training. Today, I train as a hybrid athlete, combining endurance, strength, and overall fitness.

Over the course of 6 Months, I transformed my lifestyle and went from 215 pounds to 180 pounds. That experience pushed me to take my health and performance seriously and build the habits that work. What started as a challenge has turned into a long-term commitment to maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle.

I started training completely on my own, learning through personal experiences, YouTube, and trial and error. My focus was on running form, proper nutrition, and strength training to support endurance and performance. This self-taught approach provided me with a strong foundation and a real understanding of a healthy training balance.

I am currently training for marathons and endurance events and continue to push myself as a hybrid athlete, with the determination of running a 100 Miler.
