Why Vairo Performance? I do not coach from theory, I coach from real life experiences. I have built my fitness and running foundation from the ground up, training through discipline, consistency, and hands-on learning. I know what it is like to start without a plan, without guidance, and still pursue and conquer my performance goals.

As a hybrid athlete, I apply the same principles in my programming that I use in my own preparation for marathon and endurance events. Everything I offer in my programs are built around what actually works, not trends.
